Always sounded like Wendy Stapleton almost on backing vocals here and perhaps The Angels as Brent Eccles used to host Homegrown at some stage

This year was a dismal effort except for Zinc and River, who both did a great job taking the baton, so to speak, maybe next year the Mega radio conglomerate  will resume the tradition ?

more fresh content from MCM would be a start, Cover to Cover with Barry Bissell was a great show even though it suffered the same fate perhaps a fresh album show could be slated for 2013 there would be no lack of hosts I’m tempted to make a few suggestions , back in the 80’s MCM was on the world stage with their affiliation with Westwood One
