Ted Seymour, he, as PD, did most of the Promo reads back in those days. (Little known fact was as a test transmission, they played Beatles music only for a few days before the launch date.) Every year for a few years after launch we would would do a Beatles Weekend or as Ted says in the Promo, a Beatles A to Z. We also did Led Zepp A to Z, The Doors, Deep Purple and a few other ‘core’ rock bands.
